The Grazing Goat Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
1 12" Crustology Herb Infused Crust
4.5 oz Fig Jam
4 oz Mozzarella
3 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
6 Slices of Prosciutto
Crustology Pizza Seasoning
Handful of Arugula
Balsamic Glaze
METHOD:
Spread the Fig Jam in an even layer over the crust and layer with Mozzarella, Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto. Sprinkle the pizza with Crustology Pizza Seasoning. Cook pizza at 450 degrees for 8-12 min. Remove pizza from oven, Top with Arugula and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze. Eat and Enjoy!
