Well, you won’t actually get drunk eating our Beer Infused Cracker Crust but it will taste good! We’ve added a local dark beer and fermented beer grains to our classic crust to give a roasted flavor that pairs well with toppings like BBQ Sauce, Aged Cheddar Cheese and Beef Brisket.

Place pizza on a pan or screen with the darker, bubbled side down. Top pizza with your favorite ingredients. After topping your pizza, cook in the lower half of your oven, with convection OFF, at 450 degrees for 12-15 min or until bottom is brown and toppings are done. After removing your pizza from the oven let it cool for 2-3 min before cutting. Eat and Enjoy!
Crusts are fragile, avoid stacking anything on top of them. Refrigerate immediately or freeze for up to 6 months. If kept in the refrigerator, use within 5 days. If you do not use all the crusts at once reseal the bag to keep the remaining from drying out.
1. Leave a 1” gap between the edge of the crust and your cheese for something to hang on to
2. If you want to avoid the dreaded mouth burn, let your pizza cool for a few min before eating
3. For an extra flavorful crust add garlic spread to the edge before you sauce it up.
