Shipping & Handling

Crusts must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receiving.

Use refrigerated crusts within 5 days or store in the freezer for up to 6 months.  Crustology® cannot be responsible for spoiled product resulting from improper storage.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Mail orders are shipped out within 72 hours of receipt. We do not ship on weekends.  Orders received on Thursdays and Fridays will be shipped out the following week to ensure freshness.

  • Please click here for the estimated transit map to help determine when you should order if you want your package to arrive on a specific date.

  • Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $30 qualify for $10 flat rate shipping.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple addresses under one order. Orders to multiple addresses require an individual order for each shipment or delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • In keeping with our commitment to provide the freshest crusts possible our crusts are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your crusts, we encourage you to contact us at 262-722-9440 between 8am and 4pm CST or at info@crustology.com.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • If your crusts arrive defective or damaged please contact us at info@crustology.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. Photos of the defective or damaged crusts must be sent as part of your refund claim review.

  • Crustology® is not responsible for spoilage due to user error.

  • Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged product and will be applied to the original method of payment within ten (10) days
