Crustology® is not your average grocery store pizza crust. We knew we had to do something different, something that combined the nutritional value people want with a meal people already know and love. The result is a Midwest cracker crust so delicious, thin, and healthy you’ll never want to buy any other premade crust. Let us tell you more about what Crustology® really is and how we set ourselves apart from the rest of the crust crowd.

Crustology® is pizza science

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we know a thing or two about pizza crust. We come from a long line of pizza crust aficionados, thanks to our family’s company, Baker’s Quality. This is what allowed us to experiment and create the perfect crust for a new set of customers: families just like ours who need a healthy option for pizza night, which can be bought in packs, kept in the fridge or freezer, and pulled out at a moment’s notice.

How is Crustology® different from other crusts?

The cracker crust is a Midwest delicacy, one you’ll be hard-pressed to find as an option when perusing your local supermarket. At Crustology®, we have perfected this super thin and crispy style of pizza crust that allows you to enjoy pizza at a moment’s notice without sacrificing quality, taste, or health.

On every product page on our website, you’ll find our nutrition labels, which say all that needs to be said about our pizza crusts. They’re low fat, low sugar, and low sodium (with the exception of the Gluten-Free crust), with no cholesterol to boot. Speaking of the Gluten-Free crust, you’ll also get 5 grams of protein in each serving, along with a boost of vitamin D, calcium, iron, and potassium.

Our crusts can be refrigerated or frozen, whatever works best for you and your schedule. We sell four different kinds of crust—The OG, Herb-Infused, Micro Brew, and Gluten-Free—which are all sold in packs of three 12-inch crusts. Since our pizza crusts are handmade, we do end up with the occasional “imperfect” crust, but these are still packaged up and sold at a discounted rate on our website.
